Stable Class is provided for classroom operations, attendance tracking, roster management, grading workflows, and related academic administration.

You may use the service only for lawful and authorized educational or administrative purposes.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

Access levels are assigned by the application or by an authorized administrator. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for security, policy, or administrative reasons.

3. Google integrations

If you connect Google services, you authorize Stable Class to access the Google account and Google Classroom data required for the features you explicitly use.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of those integrations is allowed by your institution and by Google’s terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

You may not interfere with availability, security, or integrity.

You may not upload or transmit malicious content, fraudulent data, or unlawful material.

You may not misrepresent class records, attendance, grades, or other academic information.

5. Data and content responsibility

Users and organizations operating Stable Class are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data they enter, synchronize, or manage through the service.

6. Availability and changes

Stable Class may be updated, restricted, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Features, permissions, and integration behavior may change without prior notice when needed for security, maintenance, or product improvement.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Users should maintain appropriate institutional processes and backups where required.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Stable Class are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
