Privacy Policy

Privacy with clear operating limits.

This policy explains what Stable Class collects, why it is used, and how connected account data is handled when you choose to enable it.

Quick read

Data scope

Account details, workspace records, student data, and optional Google profile data are handled only for product features.

Purpose

Information is used for authentication, access control, attendance, grading, exports, notifications, and security.

Control

You choose whether to connect optional services and may update profile data inside the application.

01

Information we collect

Stable Class may store account information such as your name, email address, username, role, and profile image.

When you manage teaching work, we may store course names, schedules, student rosters, attendance records, grades, and export settings entered in the application.

If you sign in with Google, we may access basic profile data such as your name, email address, and profile image.

We also keep operational and security data such as audit logs, notification state, access events, and device or session metadata.

02

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, manage permissions, run attendance and grading workflows, and keep records consistent across the product.

Google data is used only when you enable a Google-connected feature in the product.

We also use data to provide notifications, administrative controls, abuse prevention, and service protection.

03

Google API data

If you connect a Google account, Stable Class only requests the data required for the features you choose to use.

Stable Class uses Google API Services in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Google data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

04

Data sharing

Stable Class does not sell personal data.

Information may be shared only with the service providers needed to operate the application, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, and connected service providers.

05

Data retention

We retain account and academic operation data for as long as needed to operate the service, preserve records, and meet security or administrative requirements.

When data is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized subject to operational constraints.

06

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account data, academic records, and connected-service data.

No security control is absolute, so you remain responsible for protecting your credentials and account access.

07

Your choices

You may choose whether to connect optional services and may stop using the application at any time.

You may update or remove your profile image inside the application.

Certain records may be retained when needed for administrative integrity, auditability, and security.
